I want to buy some of Britannia and Commando British for this era They all are wearing the jungle hats but Commando has heads with Berets, Glengarry and SAS hats My question is in what actions would soldiers have wore these hat types? Malaya? Indonesia? Aden? Others? Thant you |

Depends on the regiment, but generally you can use the jungle hat for any of Britain's post war conflicts, Malaya, Borneo, Kenya, Aden, Oman etc. In urban areas they tended to stick to regimental head dress, beret, tam o shanter etc. Don't know about Korea though, maybe a bit chilly in places. |

In Korea headdress was either '44 pattern helmets, commando style cap comforters or berets. |

Another option is 1st Corps Korean War British with '44 helmets and '44 or '45 pattern webbing along with No4s and Brens. Not all the army had FN FALs right off. It was only adopted what in 1957 or after. Helmets if the opposition has mortars or artillery. |
