"Clockwork Armada is a tabletop miniatures game of space battles set in a fantastical alternate reality. In this universe, planets are flat, and the laws of physics function on very different principles. The upward rushing hurricane that makes up outer space is known as the deep sky, and strange alien life hides in the mists. The battles that you take part in will act out the stories of the kingdoms and cultures that sail their clockwork ships between these worlds…"

Sharp looking ships, good size, look nice painted. Getting in on this and hope it sails (pun intended).

I'd go with Sky Relics if I was after an airship game tho.

I'll watch this one, but the phrase of 'includes a pdf of the 1st edition rulebook' has me concerned.

Where can I get a hardcopy ?

How much is it ?

When will 2nd edition be available … ?

What will it change ?

Wow. Trafalgar meets Tsushima meets Sky Galleons of Mars meets Leviathan meets my Paypal account.

Hey guys, I'm the creator on this one. It felt good seeing that title reading through TMP (Thanks Tango).

Thanks for making a great point Guthroth, that was a confusing sentence. First edition sounded nice and official in my sleep deprived mind when I was writing it, but I can see the issue now :)
We do have a hardback planned, with more stories and cool art like what has been shown.

We just want to do a quality job on it, and book production would have been a whole other area to educate ourselves on before launching, and the patience of family while you are 'playing with toys' begins to wear thin after a few years…

I'm glad you like the aesthetics Virtual, we worked hard on them. Treasure Planet and Last Exile were also influences, but we had a dozen things we were pulling from. I've always loved airships, the Wright Brothers were the most evil men of history :)

No mention my friend!.
Best of luck with them!! (smile)

But up a gameplay basics video, working on putting rules into a pretty format now.

I'm watching it with interest. I need another VSF game like I need a hole in my head. Another hole, that is. All the requisite holes are there. Just no extra ones, thanks.

Man, I am tired.

Will be adding more in the coming days, but the core rules are up.
