I know we already have lots of boards, but, this one could be a big help. No one ever gets any responses from the exchange, or very few at best. I would put this under general boards right below the plastics board. All of us who do plastic have sprues with tons of bits that we don't end up using. I have heads, arms, shields, that will gather dust or end up in the trash. I know that someone could use these. I have had five attempts at trades that came out of Medieval Discussion in the last six months. Two successful and three were not. I know all you plastics guys have stuff to trade or just give away just for the postage. SO, all you plastic guys, what do you think? |

The problem that I see with the marketplace is that it has become dominated by retail outlets, and is no longer a place for members to sell. I'm thinking I should have cross posted this to a number of the discussion boards. (ACW, Ancients, Medieval, Dark Age, Fantasy) Hey Bill, maybe a little help here. |

I would probably use it myself. Lead Adventure forum has a "travelling bits box" but I do not think that Bartertown has a dedicated bits trading forum (it would be a good idea). |

Great idea! The low value (and weight) of plastic bits means the Marketplace isn't really the right spot for them, let alone eBay and such.
Keep it to swaps or postage cost only and it could go on the general boards, as a subset of plastics maybe? |

Good idea, I would offer left over sets with figures I'll never use or sets bought but now unwanted as well as bits. |
