For this discussion, please add any on-line resources or downloads for painting troops or vehicles. Especially guides or advice that gives painting tips. I have found several bloggers out there too, that provide such information:

Matakishi's Tea House or Figure Fanatic will have good examples.

I found this site, for British Airborne, a while back – haven't tried the guidelines myself yet, but they look sound.
