"A rare RAF Spitfire once flown by a Great Escape veteran and painstakingly restored over five years could fetch millions of pounds for charity.

It is one of only two left in the world to have been restored to its original specification and is airworthy.

£2.50 GBP mil ONLY!!! Jumpers lads! it should go for a couple of boatloads more. Let's hope some Philanthropist lobs up a decent penny for it. And here's thinking the modern ones have price tag hundreds of times more. And it's a Mk.1 too. 'So few for so many' gents. Cumon Sir Peter Jackson  or Sir Michael Caine, where are you here's a chance a glorious history. (And its for a good cause :)
Cheers with enthusiasm (wish I had lolly for this Airfix kit.)

Harrison Ford is shopping for a new plane. Maybe we should hold out for a better pilot for this one.
