"How many of your projects are done/partial/WIP?" Topic

Was thinking about this today. Of your gaming projects how many/what percentage are:

1) Done. I can game anything I want. That doesn't mean I won't continue adding to it, however.
2) Partial. I can do significant gaming with it as is, but not the battle I want (yet).
3) WIP: I can't game with this yet (well maybe one odd skirmish or whatever, but not really) but I'm actively working on it.
4) Ghosting: Can't game it, and not working on it.

Based on the definition in the OP, nearly all of mine are done. A couple have become partial as I want to use the same things for something different,and a couple are abandoned but nit yet sold. I have one new project stuff is being acquired for.

1) Russian Force for Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878 (Black Powder, Bloody Big Battle, Neil Thomas 19th century Rules) (might add some Dragoons but no hurry)

2) Napoleonic Naval Force 1/2000 12 units. (might add more frigates, but no hurry)

3) 4 point Anglo-Saxon warband for SAGA. Also painted a 4 pts Viking Warband for a friend. (may add 2 more points but no hurry)

1) Pre-Dreadnoughts : Russian Fleet for Yellow Sea done for capital ships, still need to collect LC. Greek Balkan War fleet lacks the Averoff for capital ships to be done. Ottoman Balkan Wars fleet lacks older pre-dreads.

2) Warhammer 1000: 6 of 8 armies done. Need to do High Elves and Skaven. (Once done it is done, never to be added too again)

3) DBA Project: 5 of 6 armies done(once done it is done, with a slight possibility of making a Sassanid early Byzantine pair)

WIP

1) Gaines Mill for Altar of Freedom: Union forces partly painted. Still need to finish them and collect Confederates.

2) Gift army: Painting 10mm Hail Ceasar/ Warmaster Late Midieval/ Dogs of War army for a friend as a gift.

The only Ghosting I have is 6mm Napoleonics, scattered over two continents. I need to collect them finish them and maybe use them with Black Powder.

Reading this post made me sad because I got to thinking; I've been collecting miniatures for almost 30 years, and I cannot list a single project in the "done" column!!!!!

I do have decent sized armies for WHFB, Mordheim, French & Indian War, War of the Roses, Flames of War, and Epic 40K. But even in those projects, I've got much more unpainted models than painted ones.

Even worse is the number of projects I have "ghosting" (Norman/Saxons/Vikings, Samurai, Imperial Rome vs Celts, 15mm Ancient Greece, Rackham Confrontation, WW2, GW Lord of the Rings, 2 Reaper Bones Kickstarters, English Civil War….)

This is terrible!
