My friends and I have inherited a collection of Axis and Allies miniatures and have really been enjoying the game. We were hoping to find some better quality maps than the paper ones provided by Avalon Hill. Looking for something more durable, really. Does anybody have any suggestions for hex maps that I can't easily destroy?

You could try laminating the maps, or covering them with a thin sheet of plexiglass. That would allow you to mark them up with grease pencils or dry-erase markers as well (no idea if that's something that would be useful)

Actually laminating would be a great idea.. I may do that! I just gotta find a local place that'll do it!
