At the public BOD meeting held at the end of Little Wars a new BOD was voted into office. There was no drama involved, The vote was unanimous.
The new BOD for HMGS-Midwest is……… President: Steve Fratt
Executive VP: Antina Richards-Pennock
Membership VP: Kevin Cabai
Treasurer: Paul Dayton
Secretary: Mike Pennock I feel it is a great team, the experience and connections that they bring with them are impressive and I think will serve the membership of HMGS-Midwest & Little Wars quite well. They have alot of energy and very good ideas that will make HMGS-Midwest a stronger organization, and make the Little Wars Convention experince even better than it has been. |

I think everyone will be very pleased with next years convention. Planning is well underway. As always I look for volunteers to help run things. We can always use more help at both the registration & event desk. Yonan has been running the Flea Market for 14 years now, I would like to find someone to help him so he can actually play in some games. I am also looking for people to assist in other areas. Program Book Manager, and people to help get the word out on the convention. I am also looking to establish a committee to organize and run spouse activities…I have one possibly two people so far interested in doing that. There are other things we are looking to bring as well to Little Wars. |
