Having heard that Iron Duke's new Indian Mutineer figures were on the small size I bought a pack at Salute yesterday and have taken some comparison pictures with a Mutineer Miniatures figure. link In short, I would be very happy using them in the same unit and I am very fussy about different sized figures in my armies. |

I really like the new Iron Duke figures but my army is mostly Foundry and sizes are a bit different. So I'm holding off but the temptation is great. |

Wait … are these figures already available for purchase? I thought they weren't due out until late this year? |

They have about 15 packs for sale on the Empress site… |

legatushedlius: Many thanks for this info have been eagerly awaiting details since the IDM notice here a couple of weeks ago. Their size, and anatomy, are excellent and I will doing mostly IDM for my projects. I should have liked to drop by Salute for a first-hand look, but it is quite a "drop" from central California. Thanks again… |

I don't know how Paul Hicks does it, he must be an Octopus and a highly talented one at that. I gamed the 'Mutiny' back in the late eighties, sold them all and here it is back to tempt me once more. I must take some tablets before it's too late. They are really nice…..the figures. |

Don't know how they would scale with the AW Miniatures range, but I have some of their FIW figures and they are almost exactly as tall as the Iron Duke Miniatures I bought. link Dixon has a small range of Indian Mutiny figures as well. link and several of their Wild West range would be very suitable for the I.M. especially the Pioneer women and such. |

Nearly forgot Indus Miniatures Meant for an earlier period but I suppose some(many) of the irregulars and artillery could still be used for the Mutiny. |
