I sent an email to MKP several days ago, asking specifically about their 15mm Napoleonic Prussian command figures. Two days ago I tried to order some of their Prussians and was having cart issues, and I emailed them again. To date, no replies. Maybe a few days for an email reply is not unusual for them, but if you have a business email address posted on a business website, the expectation is a 24 hour turnaround for a reply (I know, I am a director for a call center and my clients expect 24 hours, and we average 12). I am trying to spend money with MKP, but need a question answered and their cart corrected before I can do just that. Any word on their status? They have favorable reviews on TMP so I am hoping that perhaps they are on vacation or something (but then, their website should say that, yes?).

I use them often and have had order mix ups and have had quick responses with complete satisfaction.

There are SEVERAL kudos to MKP if you do a search for Monday Knight on the CA board. Perhaps dig a bit yourself, eh?

I also have an order in limbo. When I asked for an update it took a few days. The response I got included a statement that this was the second job for everyone so it might take awhile to get my order. I asked for a definition of "awhile" in terms of days or weeks or months and have not heard back after a week or so.

Had a problem (one mat was back ordered for 3 months) with them but they have filled my orders and I am satisfied.

Kudos CAN be a plural. Type define kudos on Google:

Agreed. The level of snark you received was unwarranted.

Scale Creep Miniatures carries some MKP gaming mats, and they're on clearance. Might be worth a trip there to see if they have anything you need first.I ordered mine from them along with some other stuff.

Sometimes dealing with vendors that stock a company's product is easier than dealing directly with the company. I don't know this to be true in MKP's case as I've never dealt with them directly.

But I have seen unfavorable reviews of companies here and elsewhere and I've opted to deal with vendors who have better reviews in order to get the same product.

Just my 2 pesos.

Thanks, Piper…glad to see someone else is seeing it the same way…why do folks have to be butt munches? They would never have the family jewels to say that to my face.

And to MKP's credit, I received a reply, and even an apology for the delay in replying. My questions were completely answered as well.

Glad you got that resolved. I agree with you that there are too many idiots on here who act like sock puppets or what-not attacking people who bring up issues in a forum designed for that purpose.
