Finally a British tank! The A15 Crusader is our first British tank to be released. Took us many months of technical drawings to come to this stage!

The A15 Crusader will be a 3-sprue plastic kit in 1/56 scale:

- Options to build SIX Crusader variants – Mk I / I CS / II / II CS / III / AA Mk II/III
- Choice of three different side armour skirts
- Removable auxiliary hull turret (field modified)
- Can be build with or without rear fuel container
- Spare road wheels and minor accessories

I love the look of the MkI with the extra MG Turret. All of the models look great!

Impressive looking kit, though I don't know how much demand there is for 1/56 Crusaders. Then again, Perrys Desert Rats range may have done something to improve that demand.

Didn't the AA variants remain in use in Normandy?

Either way, I really rather want one.

According to my sources, the AA version was still in use in Normandy, with an AA troop of six vehicles assigned to each armoured regiment HQ.

In 1944 there was still in use also a gun tractor used to pull 17 pounder ATGs that was based on Crusader hull, though it would probably take quite some work to convert one of these plastic models into such version.

With all those rivets and extra MG mini-turret, these might also appeal to WWWII and retro-SF gamers.
