Looking for a suitable figure to represent the above, as played by Jack Hawkins in 'Zulu'? Ideally needs the hat and suit, for starters…

Already found a suitable 'fainting female' for his daughter…

Any suggestions?

This link looks good it is based on wargamesfoundry.com 's Victorian gentleman link

x42

Edit:- Foundry don't seem to like links to the appropriate page so I better say the figure in 28mm victorian warfare's blog is Foundry miniatures, casting room miniatures, victorian-townsfolk VC006. that range has others that may work under VC001

Edit 2:- The link seems to work now

Not, of course he or his daughter were there at the mission station 22/23 January…

And his daughter was like 6 or 8 years old.

Now, we're not going to let a few facts get in the way of a good game, are we?

Next you'll be telling me that CS Bourne was a skinny young chap known as 'the kid' despite everyone knowing he was the spitting image of Nigel Green.

And don't get me onto the subject of the dodgy medal ribbons he's wearing in the film either!
