As our collection of WWI miniatures and terrain continue to grow James and I are having some great games of Chain of Command WWI.
On Thursday evening a platoon of Frenchmen attempted to recapture the remnants of a village from the German defenders.
As the preliminary barrage lifted the Frenchmen moved up to their start lines, could the Germans be repelled?
You'll have to check out the full report on Scrivsland, where there are loads more photos. link |

I have CoC but what changes are there to play it as WW1 and could that in turn see it being used during the inter war period? Would love to do some Chinese Civil War :D Beautiful setup and painted figures scrivs. Cheers and happy gaming. |

i have not played CoC yet, but I would think one change to use the rules for WW1 is that off-board artillery would be almost unavailable and more like a random event. |

"i have not played CoC yet, but I would think one change to use the rules for WW1 is that off-board artillery would be almost unavailable and more like a random event." In addition use some pre-planned (before placing defenders) barrages. Mortars can provide some on-board support. |
