Really nice looking game and armies! But since you posted it I had a pretty good idea I'd like it. I was not disappointed. wink

John, there's a game & hospitality for you anytime you're in the neighbourhood.

That is indeed a great looking game! I haven´t done TYW yet, which is a pity as a big part of it happened in my neighborhood, but you really tempt me. But I am still fighting with my wife over those Wodenfeld SYW figures! grin

Lovely, many years ago I used the Revell TYW to do ECW, been tempted to turn the back for a while!

Nice looking game! I own no ECW. I wish more plastic manufacturers would pay closer attention to this period.

Thanks for the post. You've given me a boost to finish my own Revell 1/72 TYW-ECW project.

In 1/72 my problem has always been the Croats. What to use for them?

Ochoin, it would be a dream for me to get to game with you and the other gents. You guys define what are some of the best qualities of the hobby are to me. Beautiful terrain and figures along with having a good time. It really doesn't get any better than that!

Thanks,

John

The best option I've seen for Croats are the Orion Cossacks or the Zvevda Cossacks with some head swaps with the infantry units.

The number of sets Red Box, Orion etc are now turning out for this period means nothing is impossible.

We're contemplating making a Renaissance game our annual mega-game (2000 figures, over two days) in 2016.

It might end up being a generic East Vs West battle.
