If you launched a game company, what would it do? * make miniatures * publish rules * make terrain * make game mats * make dice * game store * gaming center * convention |

Not a businessman but if I had the money to lose for a few years: * make miniatures – yes, or more likely commission 3mm, 6mm, 15mm figures for my personal interests – Historical, Fantasy, Science Fiction
* publish rules – yes for those few remaining Areas of Interest (AOIs) not covered by current sets * make terrain No * make game mats No * make dice No * game store No * gaming center Not sure what that is… If it is a place war gamers could play games (not sure how financially viable it would be as most war gamers I know don't want to pay for table space (entitlement issue in a niche?) * convention No |

My dream games company makes surprisingly good decals on extremely slow and long out of production printers with astonishingly expensive consumables. Sometimes I wake up screaming…. ;-) |

Rules publishing, because I love to write and dammit, I want to write rules I want to play! Not that I am complaining about the rules out there, but for some periods, I am finding nothing I am nuts about…so, I guess it's write my own. |

Miniatures & terrain, the terrain being 3 and 6mm. The miniatures filling in whatever gaps there are in assorted scales. |

My dream wargames company would be the one that sold bespoke "instant wargames" to rich celebrities around the world. I'd scour the planet for the best figure manufacturers, painters, terrain builders and rules writers, bringing them together on handsome commissions with the great and the good and the rich who would be only too happy to shell out obscene amounts of money to have large, luxurious collections of toys and tables delivered to their mansions, super yachts, etc. |

Make miniatures. I've wanted to do that since I starting in the hobby back in 1976. |
