I started as John Carroll. Then I was John Carroll at Work, just because I wanted to keep them separate. Also because I can't remember passwords.  I believe I consolidated them into John the OFM. Not sure. Anyway, once I left my 27 year employer due to General Motors being total #%€{<s, I had a series of contract jobs where I was variously Cat Shannon, William Pitt the Eldar, Frodo Corleone, etc.

I was Radar before we started Iron Ivan Games when I changed it to Iron Ivan Keith. Got bored with that name after several years and since we are less active decided to switch to one of my favorite online gaming handles from when I played Red Orchestra, Pizzagrenadier (which still gives me a chuckle). |

I am afraid that if I changed my name, that some crank would seize it and cause all kinds of mayhem.
I saw that happen to a guy some years ago. He changed his name on a whim, forgot his password, and could not get the old name back.
So, all my "different" names have been on "work" computers.
Once this one kicks the dust, I will ask Bill, gently, to remind me what my password is. |

Many years ago, I started a private account to separate myself from the business name. For some reason, I thought the name Randy Humper was mildly amusing and a bit American. Regrettably, someone complained almost immediately and the Ed requested I dump the name. Since then, I've just used this one and damn the torpedoes. Doug |
