So I just finished up both seasons of Danger 5 (my verdict: loved season 1, found season 2 surprisingly bittersweet, if not outright sad, amidst the insanity), and noted that 7TV had a Danger 5 set. Does anyone own it? If so could you weigh in on it (and 7TV itself)? How does D5 work with the rules? Was it any good?

How would Danger 5 work with any rules? It would seem that the first thing you would do, if you wanted to game Danger 5, would be to throw the rules out.

Well, is "Kill Hitler" a rule or merely an imperative statement? In any case, some rules exist, so someone had an idea on how they might. I just can't find any reviews of the D5 portion of it?

Good questions.

It seems like you might get a decent facsimile by just adding a random MP40 generator into the rules that you already use.

Bonus points for reciting drink recipes upon major NPC deaths.

7TV is a generic game system for playing games based on any 60s/70s/80s TV series. I'm sure it would work fine for Danger 5. It certainly works great for Dr Who and I have even used it for an 18th century skirmish and the Three Musketeers.

I'm curious if anyone has purchased and used or looked at the Danger 5 miniatures/rules for 7TV Crooked Dice put out.

The Danger 5 minis set is showing as out of stock on the CD web site.

I thought I had already answered that question. The 8 page 7TV profile booklet included in the Danger 5 Starter Set will just give you the stats for the characters. The rest of the rules are in the main rule book.

Ah, so you did. Sorry, I'm rather obtuse.

Hi – they are now back in stock.

All miniatures have been sculpted by Ernst Veingart and cast by Grffin moulds. There are some close up pics on the product page.

We are currently developing some villainous goons as opponents for these,
