Masters of Military sells a set containing all the variants of the Panzer I in 6 mm and an aircraft shelter in 1/700.

Can't be all the variants, as none has a turret. Also note that the image is of a 3D rendering, and not the actual "printouts". In FUD, the current highest resolution material, they will look worse than the rendering. The new FXD resolution printouts (supposedly available starting on April 15th) will look a bit better, but still not as good as the renderings. I was unable to link to the side-by-side FUD-vs-FXD image on the Shapeways website.

You'd have to be pretty hardcore to need those versions on a wargames table but I salute their niche targeting! (Although I put my hands up to having munitionsschleppers).
