Other than the standard Hot wheels or matchbox which are iffy for scale, depending on the model. Are there other manufacturers, or lines that would work?

I would like to keep it as close to 15mm since I have lots of 15mm terrain.

Thanks
Moe

Hey, Moe: You might consider HO scale vehicles.

(Slaps forehead) Didn't even think of that.

What else?

There's a site called diecastdirect.com which will allow you to search by scale. Look at the 1:100 and 1:87 (HO) scale offerings.

There are 1/100 scale cars on ebay, but the sellers often get them mixed up with 1/87. Should be able to clear up what your buying by sending a message to the seller.

HO scale cars are a pretty good fit. Though I have quite the convoy of scratchbuilt cars as well.

What I need is a selection of weapons to arm said cars…

Citadel did a."battle cars" box in their Dark futures range. Close to 20mm it came with turret mounts for weapon spruce that made some very nice car wars models. Have you looked at smaller scale naval models as a source of weapons? Eg a naval twin 3" turret might look good as a twin MG car turret.

I have a bunch of Model Power Minis cars. They are 1:87 but tend to be on the smaller end of the scale and work really well with my 15mm figures. You can find them in most any train shop.
