Permit me to present the 3rd Battalion of the 11th Jäger Regiment, which joins the Russian 7th Infantry Division (VI Corps, 1812), completing the twelfth and final ‘formed' infantry component of this project. Figures are Wargames Foundry 28mm, sculpted by Alan Perry, with converted ammunition pouches and freehand numbering. Swordknot & pompon detail per recent Russian research (rather than Viskovatov).

Excellent looking unit, what's left to complete now?

Outstanding work! Well done.

How did you do the precise numbering?

Cracking, Bryce. I forgot to ask elsewhere, but why did you settle in 7th Division?

as usual – very nice

Yep, the numbering is nice--I just tried free-handing "49" on my lot, and I won't be surprised to see the Geneva Convention with a couple extra clauses tomorrow morning… :-(

How did you do the precise numbering?

Freehand, with Optivisor & a 000 Series 7 Windsor & Newton brush.

The previous Jäger Regiment (36th) was trickier . . .

That is a very nice job. And I learded something about the numbering on those regiments pouches…
