Placed my first order with brigade games this past weekend for some Great War minis. Easy site to navigate, quick checkout. 3 days later, just started wondering when I'd get a ship notification, when my minis arrived in the mail! Crazy fast shipping.

I'll certainly be ordering more in the near future.

Wow. I wish I could get service like that. I ordered some of their newsletter figures, figuring that they would be in stock and nothing. I ordered on June 28 and now it's been a month. I sent a polite email inquiring and not even a response. I have no idea what to do next.
I had trouble a year or so ago. Month after month and no models. They finally came, but at least that time, I got responses from my emails.
I thought that maybe it was just a fluke, but…
