I know this has been asked in a thread in 2013 but many of the links have been broken. I have a Viking army and eventually a Scots army…need a religious figure, priest type. Want something really nice…will not rule out a figure from a fantasy range or a really nice woman type…thoughts, recommendations…pics of what you have done?

Westwind do a Merlin figure in their Arthurian range.

I think Musketeer Miniatures have a pagan English shaman in one of their packs. He might work for Vikings.

& for that matter, any kind of Gandalf figure without the pointy hat would probably work well too.

Hmm. I'm not sure a Viking priest is anything other than a 'Godi', which is a chieftain with religious responsibilities. Pick a leader figure you like.

Alternatively, find a frightening old woman as a 'Volva' or prophetess.

I'm sure you weren't looking for a druid for your Scots, right? All gone by the Viking era – a monk with a Celtic tonsure would do.

Have a look at Fenris Games' Wyrdworld adventurers: their hedge wizard makes a great pagan/Druid type (but he'll tower over the others, though that's not a bad thing)
