Have you seen the list of products FOW is coming out with this years and on a scale of 1 – 10 what is your interest in these product lines:

1) Nachtjäger

2) Brown Water Navy

3) Colours of War

4) Berlin

5) Great War

6) Fulda Gap

7) Pacific

I would look at 0 – 4 as probably not going to buy, 5 as undecided and 6 – 10 as probably going to buy.

Here is the link to the article if you havent seen it.

For me:
1 = 5
2 = 1 (only because it is a naval subject)
3 = 0
4 = 5
5 = 0 (really -10, WWI to me is like watching paint dry)
6 = 6 (I already have enough modern micro armour but I like the idea)
7 = 5

Mako1104 Apr 2015 11:43 a.m. PST

1) Nachtjäger = 6

2) Brown Water Navy = 7

3) Colours of War = 7

4) Berlin = 9

5) Great War = 0 or 1

6) Fulda Gap = 10, at least for the minis. We'll have to see about the rules.

7) Pacific = 6

Tankrider04 Apr 2015 2:06 p.m. PST

4) Berlin – Nah

5) Great War – Nah

6) Fulda Gap – Maybe, depends on what time frame

7) Pacific – Nah

Pictors Studio04 Apr 2015 6:12 p.m. PST

1) 3
2) 10
3) 2
4) 5
5) 8
6) 3
7) 7

Mute Bystander04 Apr 2015 7:09 p.m. PST

2) Brown Water Navy – 1

3) Colours of War – 0

4) Berlin – 0

A Big Fat Zero all the way around!! They lost me a few years ago, when in answering to a rules inquiry the author's answer was; "I think too many people are reading the rules too literally!" To which I responded; "Then why did you write them?" Thus I found other things to spend my time and money on!!

basileus6605 Apr 2015 3:22 a.m. PST

Fulda Gap is the only I have any interest, and because the miniatures rather than because the rules. However, that can change when the actual rules come out. I have spoken with some playtesters and it looks like -at least at their present iteration- they are a different beast than their current FoW rules.

LHMGKodiak05 Apr 2015 4:46 a.m. PST

I may buy some of the Fulda Gap miniatures but probably not for their rules. I agree with vagamer63 they lost me awhile back with their increasingly cavalier attitude and rules churn.

0,0,0,0,4,4,0,

Great War and Fulda Gap MIGHT maybe someday get my interest, but I've got other projects on the front burner right now, these wouldn't bump them off.

I have an interest in Berlin, but I don't do FOW or 15mm scale figures.
