Has anyone done business with Terrain Mat in the UK recently? I'm interested in placing an order, but have seen a lot of negative feedback re: slow delivery and lack of communication. Have they gotten any better? Thanks! |

Not used them but I see website has notice in big red letters that they are seven weeks behind because of high volume of orders. Patience required!!!! |

I've emailed them twice recently with an information request for what would have been a definite order and they haven't bothered to reply. I can only assume they don't want the business. |

I had a custom sized mat made recently (10x5) and it took a lot less than 7 weeks. Communication was great and had no probs at all. A good quality mat to boot.
Best way to contact them is just pick up the phone. |
