I watched "A few angry shots" the other day and wondered if the two toned scheme was correct or just an over hang from the period the movie was filmed in?

Olive green, usually with black noses for Vietnam, same as the US. The tan and green camo came in in the mid '70s – I presume the choppers in the film were current RAAF machines, so in 1979 colours rather than repainted as they'd have been in Vietnam.
