Okay, one look at the 'bear-guys' and all I can think of is the genocidal Koala's (the Ob'enn) that built Petey from Schlock Mercenary

Full army list for them and AARs using them, together with Khurasan's Ursids, in the Q13 section of the Vis Lardica website.

No, unfortunately Stan dropped the larger (original) Space Marine figures such as Blarads and Rauwoofs.

This is the only larger than 25mm figures I really would want more of and the figures I want more of are long OOP. These 15/18mm figures just don't have that FGU rules "look" that sold me years ago.

Oh, my word, YES!

I swear by Stan Johansen's stuff for honking-great vehicles for 15mm:

I just recently heard from Stan that the big artillery gun and turntable are OOP while he tried to locate the mis-placed moulds.

Last years i bought a couple of packs of Stan Johansen's 15mm Colonial Marines to use as near future Germans, i know they are old figures but that is what appealed to me while the ones i received were very clean casts the sculpting quality is a bit on the basic side but as i said that's what i liked about them. I would really like to get a couple of those hover tanks to but i think they are a bit to expensive even though i assume they are metal castings. Anyway Stan was a real pleasure to deal with and very quick to answer any questions i emailed him about his product range, he even hunted out and sent me a couple of oop marine figures i found a reference to on a old miniature site.
