I am running a competition for the end of 150th anniversaries and thought an appropriate prize could be a comical Civil War shirt. An example being a photo of Robert E. Lee with the caption "Civil War Jokes? I General Lee Don't Find Them Funny"

I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas for comical captions and shirts

Many thanks

One that I have seen is a picture of R.E. Lee with the caption:

"West Point Class of 1829, Most Likely to Secede"

*rimshot*

Of course Lee opposed secession . . . .

Lordy, Miss Scarlett, your behaviour is scandalising the entire county! Why, they're sayin' drawers are just like the Confederate army!

My drawers are just like the Confederate army?

Yes'm, one yank and they're off!
