Very nice, but is the blue mostly too light for Portuguese? (You know, you tend to paint Brits with red, not orange etc…) I painted mine closer to this shade:

Indeed you get nicer looking stuff when you don't use darker shades of blue but for me such figures end up resembling way too much 40K Ultramarines :( Not sure if incorrect is the correct term though; who can really say what the "correct" uniform colors were as the colors most certainly varied A LOT! |

Dark blue would fade over a few weeks/ months in use. So that being the case , I think they look very good. Besides they are your army so you get to choose the shade. Nice job. |
