I had my introduction to the Sails of Glory game last weekend at the club. Needless to say I was the first one to encounter the sea at close quarters – went down with all hands if the truth be told. Has an enjoyable evening trying to keep up with everyone else who were more familiar with the rules. It looks like they played it on something other than the mats that come with the game. *sniff*, bad show, bad show indeed. :O) It is inconvenient to play on just one of their mats (Good Lord, Admiral, Nelson's ship has fallen off the edge of the world!) |

To be picky you don't get any mats with the game, they were optional add ons (and apparently quite hard to get hold of now) |

Ahhhh, I did not know this. I got mine with the Kickstarter so I don't know how it is currently marketed. |
