Was looking at the boards and can not find a spot for 1920's gangster games. Had a fun one at Pro or Con here in Michigan this weekend and am sort of interested in the era now. It is not in WW1 or early 20th century lists. |

It doesn't entirely work with either one, since Al Capone was a real person, brought down for tax evasion rather than The Spider or by Mussolini's mighty divisions. Did I mention 'Mad Dog with Guns'? Whenever we want to promote it, it goes in the two categories mentioned, alongside the invasion of Ethiopia and whatever generic adventure stuff people have decided fits under 'Pulp'. link |

Let's have another long agonizing thread about "What is Pulp? That's where I would put it. BTW, there were gangsters in the 30s and the 40s and 10s and the… Do we need a Gangsters board for each decade? |

LOL…seems I hit a nerve…funny thing is we used Mad dogs with Guns rules. I found them quick and easy to play and the terrain supplied by the game master was outstanding. |
