Let's go back to the 1980's. What companies at that time produced 15mm WW 2 infantry & vehicles? Were the vehicles lead/pewter? Were the vehicles one piece castings or many pieces that you had to assemble? Were there US companies or British companies that did 15mm WW 2? ( I seem to remember that Minifigs did some back then)I would love to see some pictures of 1980's era 15mm WW 2. |

I think Heritage might have still been doing the Panzertroops minis in the early 1980s. We had some circa 1979-80. I believe they eventually became Quality Castings line in the later 1980s. They were lead based, and multi-part castings. |

concur. I had some Panzertroops in that time frame Perhaps Alnavco and Yucca had some too |

Peter Pig started at the end of the 1980s but all the original models have been re built since. They were all metal and in parts. From that period there were also the John Piper British modern range. I also had some tanks with "Conquest" on the bottoms. martin
