I'm in nostalgia mode and have bought S&T games from the seventies that I used to own. Only problem is that many of them have no storage boxs.

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy somthing similar to the old S&T black boxes with the counter trays?

Cheers,
JP

+1 on that. I got War of the Ring,Gondor and Sauron For a song because the box was broken. It would be nice to repair it.

I got many of my old SPI games with S&T Magazine. No boxes from the get go. I used sandwich baggies to keep counters in. Those boxes were great. I'd like to get a couple of the old games to use for campaign games.

Depends on the version of tray you are looking for – if its the one with the dice in the middle – I havent seen any of those except with old games or on amazon at link

Thanks folks – what I'm looking for is the complete tray, lid and all, so I can put the map in it as well as the counters.

I am not aware of anyone producing the old SPI flat pack trays. As an auctioneer I see a number of these go through my hands every year. The glue that holds the cardboard bottom to the tray is failing on many of these old games now, regardless of the condition. The only ones that might not have the glue failing are those that are still shrink wrapped.

Give enterprise games a try. They had some at Cincycon this last weekend. Their sit is at enterprisegames.com
