I nominate Operation Petticoat (dir. Blake Edwards, 1959). I am not presently aware of any other World War II movies that I would characterize as "sexy".

Casablanca came to mind. Defininition will be influenced by whether a tread head or flyboy, etc :-)

The Great Escape = Steve McQueen & James Coburn = double sexy <3

Pearl Harbor, horrible history, lovely ladies.

I'll throw an oddball out there too, The Pacific. Mrs. Basilone in particular. A "plain" woman who is sexy by her honesty and character rather than trying to BE sexy.

Whatsherface in Enemy At The Gates is pretty cute and Jude Law is my general man-crush.

Samuel McAdorey29 Mar 2015 11:34 a.m. PST

Rachel Weisz, yes. Very pretty.

Mako1129 Mar 2015 11:35 a.m. PST

Yea, Operations Petticoat, as well as Where Eagles Dare, and Castle Keep.

"The Secret War of Harry Frigg". Sylvia Koscina for the men, and Paul Newman for the women. Plus, one of the funniest WWII movies to boot.
