"We will be recreating the message of victory from the battlefield site back to London in two ways. There will be a traditional horse and carriage of the period, carrying the New Waterloo Dispatch. Two actors in period uniform will represent Major John Percy and Colonel White as they carry a modern interpretation of Wellington's Dispatch from Waterloo back to the East India Club in London, arriving there early evening of June 21st…"
