Is there anyone in the US that sells Old Glory 15mm ACW figures?
I've waited two months for my order from WarWeb. They don't answer my emails and they don't answer the phone.
I need another source.
Thanks,
Tom

Their customer service sure has fallen off over the last few years. My last order before Christmas took about 2 months to receive. Zero communication after they got my money. Given the quality of the casting, the ACW molds must be pretty worn out and I won't be ordering from them again.

Old Glory 15s/19th century miniatures.

19th Century miniatures and warweb are one and the same.
I tried registering at 19th Century and it said my email address was 'taken' or something like that.
So I signed in using my warweb password and poof, I'm in.

Only two months? I'm at four and a half and counting.

I've had multiple problems dealing with Warweb(no more orders from me). I actually have an open dispute with them right now. I've ordered from OldGlory15s.com dozens of times and ALWAYS get my order in 1-2 weeks, usually within a week. I know they are run by the same company but I've never had a problem ordering direct from them.

Weird. I have ordered from Warweb numerous times and always got my stuff in a week or two every time. I ordered 15mm Old Glory stuff.

I ordered from Old Glory 15s on January 28, and wrote to see how things were coming in late February. They told me thy had had a sale and were just digging themselves out from the blizzard of orders. My figures (only one package) finally arrived about two weeks ago.

I had no idea they were the same company.

No matter what anyone says. Old Glory 15s, War Web and 19th Cent. are the same company owned by the same people. I just don't care what anyone else says.

So this is what I have done to receive my last two orders after waiting several months from WarWeb. I placed a duplicate order with either OG15s or 19th Cent. After another month I get part of what I ordered. But so far I am getting charged once.

The last time I followed this same procedure I received part of what I order and I received a pack of figures I did not order but for the same period and army.

I ask you, what other customers would put up with this? Since they have the OG market to themselves you have to play this ridiculous game. I guess I will to switch to Essex but I don't like their figures as much.

Well there are lots and lots of 15mm makers, you've usually got many more choices than OG, Essex or nothing….
