I would like to express my disapointment about "Wargames + Miniatures Game Store" for their online order service to Greece . I ordered in July 2014 an amount of items (about 100euro) , paid them via paypal and never received them. I have sent many emails for explanations and received one answer not to worry. They said everything is ok and i will have my order before Christmas,then before February. Nothing has happened until now and they do not respond to my emails anymore! I think my case is lost and hope this will not happen to any other consumer ! |

File a claim with Paypal. They've increased the length of time to file a claim from the 30 – 45 days it used to be limited to. Not sure when that occurred, but at the very least it makes Paypal aware that the company has issues. |

Despite the delay, i received my order today! Really,i'm very happy about it! The problem was the postcode, told me from the post office! There was a change with the regions, which i did not know ! Thanks anyway, was not your fault!!! |
