Doesn't look like it's on sale in the US. But you can do the Change Your Location trick. Change your the location associated with your US Kindle to somewhere in the UK. Buy the book. Change it back. I've done this 2-3 times to take advantage of these kind of sales. |

It's not been replaced. Campaign 15 is still going strong, in fact it has just been released in Turkish. The new texts are additional. |
