Looks like it has impressive detail. But I wish the pictures were sharper!… |

Very nice diorama. Like Great War Ace, I wish the photos were sharper. In my case, this is because I'd like to do a 15th Century Byzantine army, and I'd like to know what figures he used 8^) Grelber |

Better Pictures (with Close ups) and the range of figures used, here; link Spot the airfix figs (not in his list) |

Hmm, not really better pics. The close ups reveal using mounted guys as on foot, which looks silly. So, in this case, lack of clarity is the better option. I am impressed with the over all modeling of the breached walls…. |

Agreed, the mounted figs used as foot look..odd. Maybe the pics (a lot of them like the top one Tango posted) are blurred deliberately. It Looks like he´s using forced perspective. The figures ( I don´t recognise them from any 1/72nd sets)on the left around the Bombard look bigger than the rest. One Looks over the Palisade but the Zvezda figures to the right are much shorter than the palisades. On his Blog (second Picture from the top) link If he´s using the Zvezda Bombard set, the figs around it must be 28mm (?)One´s Standing in the pit next to it and half in half out. |

It's not Istanbul, it's Constantinople. |
