There was an issue of Wargames Illustrated that had a General de Brigade scenario for a fictional battle after Waterloo where Napoleon trys to halt the pursuit.

It was in #186, "REAR-GUARD AT QUATRE BRAS, 19TH JUNE 1815" and reprinted in the second edition of the Napoleonic Scenarios 1. It looks like a great scenario. Ed
