I ordered some of Knight Models Batman figures back in January and I have yet to receive anything. I've sent e-mails to their listed e-mail addresses and on Facebook but have received no replies to any of them. Has anyone dealt with them? Is there a better way to contact them? |

Three years ago, I ordered a few minis from them. Everything arrived OK but one model was missing an arm. I contacted them and got this reply from knightmodelsatencionalcliente@gmail.com "Good Morning, at this time we do not have pieces of arms of arms the next semasnareceive your order a greeting Chema Knight team models" I asked them to clarify and got "Good morning, I apologize for this error. What I wanted to say is that next week you will receive your order a greeting Knight team models" Two months later I tried again, and got this reply: "Good morning, first apologize to you for the problems caused Star Wars line is out of stock so we have taken so long to get their parts next week recive your order We apologize again Team Knight Chema models" I never received anything so I gave up. I guess "next week" is spanish for "never". |

If you paid via credit card, you may still be inside the window to file a complaint with your credit card company and get a refund. I strongly recommend you do this ASAP to protect yourself. Even if KM responds to your email saying you will get the figs "next week", still file with your CC. -Brian |

I paid with PayPal so I started a dispute through their system. We'll see what happens next. |

I don't work for them, but I know they've only just released their rulebook for the Batman Minis game, so they probably have quite a lot on right now. Not saying it's an excuse or anything, but might go some way towards an explanation. Leigh |

The order arrived just 1 day before I would have had to file a claim. So I got all my stuff but it took 3 months so I don't think I will be ordering direct from them again. |
