I'm very interested in buying a ton of Magister Millitum's 10mm dinosaurs, mostly because I want to paint them. That said, I'm curious about what those of you who have played Dinomight would recommend I buy to play the game. I'm going to supply all the dinosaurs myself, so I'll need enough to cover two players. Should I buy multiples of a few types of dinosaurs, or just buy a large and varied selection of single figures? (And, if multiples of single types, how many is enough?) Does the game require any kind of broad selection over time? (I'm in the USA, so I'd like to not order more than say, twice, if I can get away with it.) While I'm at it, how do you like your minis? Do you have any photos to share? :D |

I got a response from MM! For future reference – if anyone else wants the same question answered: "The game is designed so that each player controls up to four or five dinosaurs. It is probably more fun if you use a lot of different dinosaurs as they all tend to have different strengths and weaknesses. You can play with ‘herds' of the same type having said that." |
