Viewed en masse, they are enormously impressive! I like the way they are based, a little bit spread out so they have room to run and to use their weapons. I had read somewhere that riding camels tend to be lighter colored than baggage camels. I like the way his camels came out, and I'll have to save that photo for the day, probably far in the future, when I paint my own camels. Grelber |

Fantastic looking army! The Sudanese used Bishari camels which are, indeed, very pale. The camels the British used in the Sudan for this conflict were less high quality and were darker. link |

Great stuff. Are you using Gilder's rules? I used them for my Sudan gaming until I wrote my own but stuck to the same basing as I thought it looked so good. Good luck with the last of the project. |
