Our Warhammer campaign continues as I lead my Empire against the High Elves in pursuit of a Watchtower.
Find out how it went over on my blog: link |

What the blazes does Warhammer Empire have against Elvis? |

It is rather obvious, Sundance. The Empire resents The King. In other news, well done TWD6968. |

The stuff that's painted is REALLY nice, love those Swordmasters! What were you using the Winged Lancers as? Regular Empire Knightly Orders? |

Thanks Bob, They were Winged Lancers! (The models are actually the Griffon Legion ones – I'm still painting the actual Winged Lancers for the campaign). |

You have the Kislev supplement from Storm of Chaos? Very cool! I do too, I've actually been debating picking up some Winged Lancers from Warlord, I think they would fit in about right scalewise :) |

I have two copies in fact. :) However they're ridiculously overcosted pointswise for the current game. They're more expensive than a knight in full plate! But hey, fun and colourful to use – and a proper old school part of any real Empire army. Foundry do some as well, and so do The Assault Group. But I've got a stash of the real thing in my loft, so I'm sorted for the forseeable. Tom |
