Ix, I saw a pre-production copy week before last while visiting Lonnie. He said the rules are done, and, IIRC, should be out by this summer. (I wanted to say April, but I don't remember the time frame exactly). -Hal |

The original plan was for an April/May release, but that's been slipped to June/July with an H'con release the most likely. |

There was a full page add for Post Captain in the printed program at Cold Wars that said "Coming to HISTORICON." |

Just downloaded my copy. The website was a bit buggy and confusing, but I'm looking forward to digesting these rules. It's an impressive scope at the very least. |
