Hello,
This week I finally received the crew of San Martin. Soldiers are conversions British naval infantry 1800 of Langton miniatures. The sailors are the same.
Also I have added a couple of stern lanterns, a lifeboat and an anchor (I can not understand how Zvezda have not included an anchor and a stern lantern in its mounting kit San Martin)

I hope you like it!

Wow that is well done. I was just watcing "Master and Commander" again this past weekend. You are right, it has to have the stern lanterns. Not complete without those. Nice touch with the figures. You should be very happy with this now!

Yes. Very nicely done. But, if I may say so, I think the waves on the base look too artificial: too regularly spaced and too close together -like a corrugated roof. Try to have a look at some ariel shots of sailing ships cutting through water.

WarWizard: Thanks, is part of an order! but I believe that the customer is very satisfied.

BillyFish: Thanks in principle my client wanted a base for expository and other for game but he wanted keeping the spirit of a jueguete, is the reason why not give him the degree of realism that you describe. Also you have to think me adjust to a budget ;-)
There sea bases a lot better than this, I know.
