I thought I'd supplement my 15mm Ottomans so I ordered the Old Glory 15 Bashi bazouks, having seen no photos. They came, and most are wearing calf length coats, rather than the waist length coats I normally associate with this period. When I look at pictures, I do see a few of these mixed in with the shorter coats. Does anyone know if they were used a lot, or a regional variation or if I should sell off the whole package or just what?

I am not aware of long coats worn during the GWI unless they could be used as arab mercenaries
