So, I'm already very excited about SALUTE….only a month and a bit until the true "Wargamer's Christmas".

But…what should I be really excited about ? What's the coolest new cool stuff I have to see? What demo game is going to send me home sockless ? What pariticipation game is going to have me scorning Hovis and its bretheren?

Wow.

All that cool stuff eh ?

I too am looking forwards to it.

There's a demo of 2nd edition 7TV with the people over at Crooked Dice. A truly nice bunch of people and you can't go far wrong by heading for their stand first.

Blatant plug…Staines Wargamers are running their own Agincourt game which involves trying to capture and ransom kings and noblemen. This is the club I'm a member of so I am biased, but they do win awards at many other shows for their games. I can't lay claim to having anything to do with the game design, I just playtest them.

Always popular is Too Fat Lardies Chain of Command, I Ain't Been Shot Mum and other games in their stable.

I have my ticket and am excited already. I think there's been a thread running on new releases coming at Salute but there are fair number of 1415 and 1815 games on the menu for starters. As ever there is an epic list of traders.

Ok official spiel!

THE DICE BAG LADY woah woah will be there with, naturally excellent handmade dice bags for all genres (historical, sci fi, fantasy pop culture etc) as well as the related gubbins such as dice and glass gems and budget little customised pouches.

Also I'll be launching a range of FEMALE VIKINGS, in 28mm scale, perfect for dotting about SAGA warbands and other dark ages (as well as fantasy!)

I'm just about to start casting a SQUID LAUNCHER version of the DBL mascot – Baggy the Bag –

as well as new merch designs including the AGINCOURT Baggy & Squiddo to honour the event, and many more. FREE TEMPORARY TATTOO SHEET with all pre orders.

The start of my excellent collection of cool, badass fighter female models link

A big ol' range of SAGA with myself & my crew to help you with your warband choices (and related buildings)

aaaaand I'll exclusively have as many of the ever popular STUNTY HENCHMEN (http://thedicebaglady.net/miniatures/ ) as I can get hold of in time, that's pack #1, #2, #3, #4 aaaaand previously unseen pack #5, #6 and #7, who knows, maybe #8.

So all sorts going on over here – mega friendly and super interesting, and also a particularly good stand to come over if you've dragged anyone along who isn't a wargamer, or is yet to be indoctrinated. Lots of pocket money brights and shineys, as well as little lead men.

Cheers
Annie

Sorry, saving all my money for Campaign in MK this year. Hoping to find some Sarrisa Japanese buildings there. Also some good Japanese peasants and Yari for Ronin.
