I have had the joy of seeing the only two remaining examples in the world.

Another example of the British Government being bullied by external influence to cancel a plane because it was too good.

Same as the Canadian Avro Arrow.

Still, pass me another stack of burning F35's someone, will ya?

A very nice looking jet.

Sorry John, can't yet, since we need to price in the latest cost-overrun increase first.

On my Fitters course at RAF Cosford I had to do a project on the engines on this thing. An amazing aircraft that should never have been cancelled.

Truly it was a wonder plane.

Mountbatten carried a lot of the blame for TSR2 as well. He talked the Australians out of buying TSR2, with the aim of making the RAF buy the Buccaneer, bringing the price down for the Navy's purchase…

It was only recently I found out that it shared its engines with Concord, which caused the delay for that plane too…

John, I've seen the one at Duxford, where is the other one?

Agreed, the TSR2 was an awesome plane. Fast and very pretty.

Better looking than it's close cousin the A5 Vigilante, IMO.

The second is at the RAF museum at Cosford.
