That gun (plasma?) that the guy with the floppy hat is bigger than he his! So not only are these low-gravity world denizens but they need to work in low G with that monster! |

While they'll take work anywhere, they are actually high-gravity denizens… hence closer to the ground  And hey, plasma bolts can cause sunburns you know! |

I couldn't possibly comment on the inspiration for the chap with the minigun (that's what it's meant to be – there is an ammo belt feeding to a pack on the other side if the sculpt)…. However, when I was thinking about these guys for Mr H, I wanted something that was very much not just a "not squat". I actually thought of them as jungle fighters (think Vietnam style campaign), and I'm sure there's a rule somewhere that says if your in a jungle, with a minigun, you have to wear a cowboy hat…. NOW GET TO THE CHOPPA!!!!! |

Yeah. Cowboy hat and a wad of chew.
Apples to fantasy as well as not squats – dwarves always seem to have loads more 'character' than anyone else. Love em. And great job in bringing them to life. |
