The above item arrived today and I lost no time in assembling it.

First impressions: The fort consists of 8 sections; 2 tall towers, 2 short ones, two side wall sections, 1 gate wall and one barracks wall.
Each section is cut from an individual piece of MDF, each pair come bagged together and each has a colour instruction sheet with each component identified and instructions on the order of assembly. Naturally, as a bloke, I didn't look at these until afterwards.

Ease of assembly, it's a series of cubes made from laser cut MDF, what more do you want? My only note would be that you should try a dry fit before you open the glue bottle, especially on the towers as the alignment of the beam ends on the roof sections are slightly asymmetric. They only seem to square up in the correct configuration.

Game use: Each section will take 2 40mm x 20mm bases although the ones on the towers can't both face an outward edge. It would be possible to make a bigger fort by adding more sections but the manufacturer doesn't list them separately.

Bonus tip: Three of the wall sections have open archways. This means that the frames are left with corresponding series of shapes. Snip them out and mount them on a base and you have 28mm headstones for casualty markers.
